Emails generally receive a more prompt reply than phone messages. We will return your call, but it may take a day or two.

All standard items are in stock and usually ship within 3 business days, though some orders may take a few extra days to ship.
Choosing Air/Express or other expedited shipping methods will not shorten this lead time.
Please contact us prior to ordering if your order requires special/urgent handling.
Special order items and gunsmith work usually ship in 15 days or less.

Warranty & Returns
Lifetime replacement warranty on any buffer found to be defective.
If you have any doubts, please ask questions before you order.
Orders that are changed or cancelled after being placed will be subject to a 10% fee.
Returns requested for customer convenience will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition. Returned items showing any sign of installation/use/wear will be subject to a minimum 50% deduction.
Return Authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
A store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund, at HeavyBuffers sole discretion.
Return window closes 30 days after delivery.
Damaged buffers, buffer springs, buffer tubes, blems, closeouts, custom-order items, and shipping are not refundable/returnable.
Note: We cannot guarantee proper function with subsonic ammo. There are significant differences in specifications among the various brands of ammo and firearms manufacturers. Some guns will run great with almost any ammo, other guns may not function reliably with any subsonics. This is all beyond our control.
Limited Liability
Product is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any defects in material or workmanship, the manufacturer’s sole liability shall be the repair or replacement of any such product(s) that are defective in material or workmanship. The repair or replacement of any such product(s) shall be the manufacturer’s sole responsibility. This warranty specifically excludes any and all consequential or accidental damages. No other warranties or liability whatsoever, are either expressed or implied. If any such warranties shall be imposed by law notwithstanding this provision, then such warranties shall be the responsibility of the immediate buyer. By way of example, and not limitation, there shall be no warranties of merchantability, use of trade, or fitness for any particular purpose.
