Most items are in stock and ship within 48 hours of payment. Please contact me prior to ordering if your order requires special handling.

Special order items take up to 14 days. Most shop work is completed in 10 days or less.

Shipping

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

I also ship via FedEx or UPS on request.

International shipping is $40 via USPS.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when the package is shipped.

If your package requires special handling please send me an email in advance.

Insurance is available on request. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

 

Military/Dealer Discounts

I offer a 10% discount on buffers for anyone on active duty in the military. Contact me via email and I will send you a payment invoice reflecting the discount. Quantity/dealer discounts also available on orders of five or more buffers.

 

Warranty

I offer a lifetime replacement warranty on any buffer found to be defective. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within ten days for a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any other returns. Shipping, springs, buffer tubes and custom-order buffers are not refundable/returnable.
